This Privacy Policy explains how AXIOM GROUP AFRICA (PTY) LTD (“Axiom”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA). It also describes your rights and how to contact our Information Officer.
1. Who we are
AXIOM GROUP AFRICA (PTY) LTD provides technology and digital infrastructure services including web and mobile application development, VPS/dedicated hosting, IoT/PLC software solutions, emergency response technology solutions, and online radio broadcasting.

3. What personal information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

We do not sell personal information.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures, which may include:

- Firewalls, monitoring, and vulnerability management
- Secure backups and disaster recovery practices

No system is 100% secure, but we take security seriously and continuously improve safeguards.
10. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (e.g. tax, accounting, or contractual requirements). We then securely delete or de-identify it.
11. Your rights (POPIA)
You may (subject to certain limitations) request to:

- Delete personal information where appropriate
- Object to processing on reasonable grounds
- Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent)
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator

12. Cookies and website analytics

If we send marketing communications, we will do so in accordance with POPIA and other applicable laws. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe option (if provided) or emailing info@axiomgroup.co.za.
14. Children’s information
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. Where our services involve minors (e.g. emergency services for scholars), processing is done with appropriate legal basis and safeguards.
15. PAIA requests
Requests for access to records under PAIA can be submitted to the Information Officer. Our PAIA Manual is available on request.
16. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be made available on our website or on request.
