Do you build custom AI agents, or only chatbots?
Both, but most of our work is agents, not chatbots. A chatbot answers questions; an AI agent executes multi-step workflows — reading incoming data, calling your internal APIs, updating records, and triggering downstream actions with guardrails and logging built in.
Can you connect AI to our existing CRM or ERP?
Yes — LLM integration is done against your existing systems wherever possible, via their APIs or database layer. We don't require you to migrate to a new platform to get AI automation working.
